I have a set of airpods pro, made in sept 2020 and they’re telling me they don’t qualify even though they failed their own testing, and were verified as legit.
I’ve called twice, and gone into the store twice, they’ll say they should be covered but when I try to have them fix it they try to charge me over 200$!
The only explanation they’ll give is that they’re the “wrong lot” or “wrong model” but nobody can tell me what’s actually wrong, what the right models are, or what the difference is. I’d really like to see their internal documentation, but they’re being super sketchy about it.
If anyone else has had a similar experience I’d love to hear about it!
