Why can’t we check the timer on one device from another?
I regularly use my HomePod to set timers while I’m cooking, but use my iPad to refer to the recipe, which leads to an annoying issue. If my iPad is unlocked and I ask my HomePod how much time is left, my iPad automatically thinks I’m speaking to it, not my HomePod, and says there are no timers set. Which makes me have to put down what I’m doing, clean my doughy/meaty/saucy hands, and lock my iPad before asking again.
Small issue, but seems intuitive that Apple would have fixed it. If there’s only one timer running amongst all of my devices, that’s OBVIOUSLY the one I’m asking about.
