Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya Whereabouts Officer Jobs
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain good level of engagement with athletes/representatives;
Assist with athletes’ whereabouts education/awareness;
Set-up Anti-Doping Administration Management System (ADAMS) access for whereabouts filing;
Review and checking whereabouts submissions for compliance;
Liaise with the Federation for coordination;
Report Filing failures to the legal team;
Compile reports and statistics;
Record relevant information in testing platform; and
Anti-Doping Administration Management System (ADAMS), Registered Testing Pool (RTP) accounts maintenance.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Physical Education, Sports Science or Leisure and Recreation Management from a recognized institution;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports Administration and Management from a recognized institution;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Education (Sciences) or Pharmacy with a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Administration and Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
At least three (3) years’ experience in a related field; and
Proficiency in use of computer applications.
