How do you feel about no-show/late cancellation fees or prepaying for appointments and not being refunded if you don’t make it to the appointment?

When a professional books you, they are not actively seeking another client for that time slot. If you back out on them, you directly impact their source of income. I certainly can’t blame someone who is depending on their clients making those appointments to charge a cancellation fee.
