I have a weak bladder so I have been trying pelvic floor exercises but I’m not getting anywhere.
When they are telling me you need to squeeze and lift your vagina or urethra they might as well be telling me to wiggle my liver for all the control or sensation I have.
I don’t feel anything or have any idea what I’m supposed to be feeling. How are you supposed to tighten a muscle when you have no sensation or control in that muscle?
I really feel like I have hit a brick wall with this and I can’t find any advice or help on what I’m supposed to do.
