If you haven’t experienced any other pain/bleeding, it’s possible. Other causes could be a UTI, ovulation, stuff like that. Any of those possible for you?
Regardless, I wouldn’t worry about “breaking” your hymen. They can break (it’s typically more of a stretch) for a number of reasons, including simply riding a bike, using a tampon, or anything else in that area. Some women don’t have one in the first place. A broken hymen does not mean you aren’t a virgin if that is what you are concerned about.
