Before you ask, I tried the doctors they either ignored me or tried shoving birth control down my throat
Atp I am pretty sure the reason for my stubborn weight, excess hair and badly irregular periods is part of a hormone imbalance, and I’m wondering what I can do to help it so I can be healthier and lose more weight.
I have started to workout more etc, and control what I eat (I used to do a calorie deficit but rn do to reasons I don’t want to say I had to control it so rn it’s no snacking or minimal snacking and protein-rich meals portioned)
