Yame Nkgowe is the Trustee and Executive Director of the Africa Place and Equity Cities Foundation. He is also a networking entrepreneur, twin transition broker working on digital and green transitions, and pan-African ecosystem and alliance builder.
Yame Nkgowe has 20 years of work experience focused on service design and management and is now focused on sustainability practice, ecosystem building, and sharing uniquely African insights and perspectives towards the “Africa we Want.”
He contributes his expertise through various Botswana, pan-African, and global thematic working groups and communities of practice such as African Circular Economy Network, Global Circular Economy Roadmap Initiative, Circular Economy Coalition, Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Network, Prevent Waste Alliance, and G20 Smart Cities Alliance – Sustainability Task Force.
