Why do you go to therapy if u go voluntarily? Would you recommend it to others?

For someone I can just talk to about everything I think about and not worry about stepping on toes or hurting feeling. Sometimes I vent, sometimes I cry, sometimes we just talk about the weather and what’s going on in the world.

My therapist also is great and doesn’t try to peddle anything on be but good quality sleep, good nutrition and being a nice person to myself and other people.
