Who do you have dirt on and what’s the dirt?

I have dirt on my landlord. Specifically regarding the safety of their units. Since they’re renting out under HUD they have forced standards that, if they don’t keep, they’ll lose funding.

I’ve reported them once after the landlord raised a stink, made them aware of the problems in their properties. Thus far they’ve left me alone. Still looking for a new place but the dirt is handy for keeping the peace.

Nothing says “friends” like a loaded gun that could destroy their entire business if I decide to pull the trigger.
