Which musical artist or band did you love before they became extremely successful?

Doja Cat. Ironically, not a huge fan of her now that she’s a superstar. It’s not a case of “I knew her first and now that she’s mainstream, I don’t like her anymore”, I’m guessing because I was younger and her music was more appealing to me at that time, that could be the reason.
