Which is better, rich in a poor country or middle-class in a rich country?

Rich in a poor country definitely.

I grew up as lower-middle class in a rich, rich neighborhood and it sucked, hard. Every day you feel that youre out of place, and a lot of people around you WILL let you know you dont belong.
