Which countries do you think have the greatest gap/difference between governmental actions/philosophy and the will of the majority of the people?

The UK, Russia, Iran, Israel, the US, Hungary…

All of these in no particular order… Are they enacting what the people want, are they focused on doing the peoples’ wills, or are these and other governments at odds with its own people?
