Where is a line drawn between free speech and censorship?

Depends on who is doing the censoring. If it is something like Twitter doing it, then they are well within their rights to censor whatever they like as long as they aren’t doing it based on an illegal reason (like if the person is black or due to their religion). The first amendment doesn’t apply to private companies.
