What’s your work environment like?

Mostly good. Boss is fine and doesn’t micromanage. I have everything promised to me in my contract. Most co-workers are fine, except for a few lazy ones, but that doesn’t usually affect me directly. I don’t have a lot of vacation time, unfortunately, and that is wearing on me these days.
