What’s your opinion on getting pet shrimps?

I think it’s great! They make a fun, low-maintenance pet and are really interesting to watch.

Shrimps do best in a tank with plenty of plants and hiding spots. You’ll also need to provide a decent aeration system as they like to swim around a lot. I’d recommend keeping at least five or six shrimps in a tank so they have some company.

If you’re looking for something really fun, you can also get an algae eater to help keep the tank clean. Just be sure to do your research before getting any fish or shrimp as different ones require different water conditions.
