I never took the job but she sat all the applicants in a room and told us about the job and how strict it was. It was a grocery store and she told everyone that they cannot drink anything unless they are in the break room, and failure to do so would result in termination. She also went on a rant about fruit I don’t quite remember, but one that stuck out to me was her view on emergencies, where her policy was that she keeps her phone off so if her children are in a emergency they can’t reach her and have to reach their dad, and that all workers have to do the same, and if they have to leave work early for one they will be penalized since they had to check their phone during work to know there is a emergency.
