what’s the rudest public interaction you’ve ever witnessed?

I was once waiting in line at a coffee shop when the person in front of me started arguing with the barista about the price of a drink. The barista asked the customer to please calm down, and the customer responded by screaming and throwing their coffee at the barista. It was really awful to witness.
