At my old job, a client’s granddaughter forged his signature and emailed me a document that would have let her request transfers from her trust fund to her personal bank account whenever she asked. Until the grandfather died, he was the only one who could do that. After, control would go to her mother. She didn’t realize that I had to call him to verify the request anyway, so nothing happened.
