What’s something you see people overlook that is blatantly obvious?

I was flying today and saw more than a few people go to use the restroom and not realize it was occupied until they got to the door and saw the slider was red. No one bothered to look up and see the illuminated lavatory light that is red when occupied and green when available. You can see them from either end of the plane!
