What’s something that you did that was mildly fucked up to someone?

As teenagers, my friends and I used to pour nail polish remover on our hands and set them on fire. It wasn’t really painful and we made of who would last the longest without extinguishing the fire. We also had a friend who was pretty poor so we told him we’d give him money if he set his dick on fire. He did it. His dick was fine but the smell of burned pubes was pretty nasty.
