Whats something that should be part of basic hygiene but too many people dont know it?

I recently remembered a discussion i read somewhere how soo many people use sex toys and have absolutely no idea on how to clean or if its even needed to be cleaned!

Many folk even expressed not wanting to use one because they had no idea on how to clean them, like come on….soap with water! Rubbing alcohol! Freakin bleach!
