What’s something (song, picture, random object etc) that unsettles you for seemingly no reason?

I really, really hate Rom, the Vacuous Spider. I have near vomited most times from just looking. I think I likely have trypophobia, which would be explanatory. But not sure. I can only say fucking disgusting and I would never go near or watch.
