What’s it like to look too young or too old for your age?

I’ve looked young for my age for a big part of my career, and the consequences are that your bosses tend to think of you as less capable and less experienced if you give a young impression. It seems to be some subconscious thing where if you LOOK like a teenager, you’ll end up treated like one even when you’ve a decade of experience under your belt.
