My mom started not driving a lot a couple years ago, now she won’t drive at all. My brother still lives with her but since he’s always either working or gone, she asks me to drive her places which is a lot of places because she’s got that old fashioned mindset where she wants to pay all the bills she can with cash and in person. I work from home too so she knows I’m more available than him.
It gets very annoying because sometimes she needs a ride somewhere every other day but then I stop and think about all the times she had to drive me to school, friend’s houses, the mall, movie theater etc. I guess it’s payback time
