We don’t have reasonable health insurance, clean water, or affordable housing. Child mortality rates are absurdly high compared to Europe. Our political system is regularly rated among the most corrupt on Earth.

And the new South Park informed me that a lot of us have anal fissures because we are obsessed with toilet paper instead of sanitary cleansing methods. Didn’t know that that was a thing.
