What would the burger be from the South West of your country?

For context – recently at my works canteen in France, I chose the “South West Burger” and was disappointed not to get Cajun Spiced chicken (which is my default understanding of South West when it some to food). Turns out the burger was the speciality based on South West France (Duck and Foie gras, no chocolatine though!). Made me wonder what the burger would be from the South West of other countries.
