The reward system within the brain and how it relates to ego within all people. I think the entire world would be better off if everyone on it got over themselves. Looking at you Elon Musk (among others).
Essentially I would change the brain so all humans would understand the importance of social cohesion and cooperation.
Hopefully then people with the most control of resources would actually manage and redistribute them effectively.
