What would a ‘Good People Network’, a place to praise good, helpful, selfless people in our lives, look like?

Just thinking how we can recognize and reward good people around us… In person of course, but what about the beacons in community, the hard workers trying to make the world better… Would like to buy these people (send money for) a cup of coffee now and again, you know?

I imagine a social media/network like that might get scammed pretty quick, so wanted to brainstorm how we could develop such an entity.
