What was your scariest sleep paralysis experience like?

I did had a lot of those experiences when I was younger, and I was kind of obsessed with it. Once I thought my soul was coming out of my body, it was kind of great, or maybe it was just a dream. But the scariest always was when I couldn’t breathe.
