What was your biggest “All that work for nothing” moment?

In primary school we had to make a diorama-like thing and I remember being really optimistic about it. A few weeks later I go see my group and they told me they agreed to throw it out because it wasn’t that good without asking me as well.

Don’t know if it was my biggest but it definitely has stuck in my memory.
