What was the strangest encounter with a stranger you had?

I was at a bar and when I stood outside some guy came by and asked me for some change. I had my purse inside so I offered him a cigarette instead and ordered a shot for him and myself.

We then smoked together and had a conversation. He told me that he can’t sleep and is always on the run because the government is chasing him. Reason for that is that he posted about the truth concerning UFOs and aliens on the internet. Also told me that he is a shizophreniac and has been addicted to meth for quite a while. He then offered me some meth.

He then went on his way. He was a nice guy, a bit confused and worried but you wouldn’t think anything too weird when you first saw him.
