What was “The Incident” at your workplace?

I was in a really bad mood and this customer just came at me rude. Eventually he said fuck you and I responded in a cheery manner with, “ok, fuck you too”

He squared off with me and when I didn’t back down he tried hiding behind the fact that his family was there.

I shouldn’t have done that but don’t come at someone with an attitude and you usually won’t be met by one
