What steps should be taken to stop the war between Russia and Ukraine?

I am Ukrainian. Russia is a fascist dictatorship. It won’t stop if you appease them. If we do concessions, they will certainly come back for more. There can only be one answer. Ukrainian victory, and de-occupation of all Ukrainian territories.
