Well done, come at me neckbeards
The fact is that every time I’ve had a steak that was rarer than well done it was red, soggy, mushy, and tasteless. While well done steaks are moist and firm and full of flavor.
I don’t typically have steak but when I do it’s at reasonably affluent places like Flemings or the local country club–so my experience isn’t with shitty places.
