What is your silliest business idea that actually might work?

I would open two poke bowl restaurants in a big city, next door to each other. I would name one Wokebowl, where they’d only serve conscious, organic bowls with fair trade ingredients and superfood toppings. The other would be Brokebowl, serving potato and rice based bowls for all the cheap skates and scavengers.
