Its good. Student debt should not exist. The nation should see higher education as an investment for the future, not an opportunity to gouge people who want to improve their career.
The US is falling behind very rapidly in tech and science and a big big part of why is because a shitload of smart people who would be wonderful engineers and scientists just cannot afford to go to school.
The next Einstein is probably laying shingles on a roof as we speak.
