I had an opportunity to get cast in movies when I was in high school, but I never got my headshots in order. Other classmates did (the guy who collects money for Ferris’ operation in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off was in a play with me), through the same agency.
I kind of miss having that chance, but on the other hand, I’ve also stayed in live theatre in school and community locations for much longer than those classmates did.
