I was strip searched by a bunch of male security guards bc somebody called me in as a bomb threat. I’m a woman, and the wires they saw were an event monitor my cardiologist was having me wear for a month. I begged them to call the nurses office- they would know about the monitor AND would have a woman who could supervise. The men said there was no time, I had to strip down right then. I was young and didn’t know I had rights. It still pisses me off.
