My dad had a heart attack and was in and out of hospitals/rehabs for a stretch….all with his dentures in. After too long, I finally was able to clean them for him and they were smelly, caked with old food etc. and GROSS. But I loved him so I took a deep breath and scraped it all off and helped him rinse out his mouth…RIP 😔
