What is the biggest individual traumatic event you think could happen to you and do you think you would survive it?

I guess the single biggest traumatic event that would be in the realm of possibility would be to get crushed by a vehicle I’m working under, but not have it kill me instantly, just crush the lower half of my body up to about my chest area. The weight of the vehicle would stop me from bleeding out but there would be no way to remove the vehicle without me dying so maybe I’d have time to say some last goodbyes if someone happened to find me, or I’d just slowly die alone.
