Both the firearms and hemp industries have very good scientists, engineers and lawyers who are constantly pushing to deliver results while still staying compliant with a byzantine, ever changing set of laws and regulations.
So at any given time, you can find stuff that’s legal under the letter of the law, but could be pulled at any time if there’s a legal change, or a regulatory agency changes it’s opinion on how current laws are applied.
