People who follow a religion without being particularly familiar with that religion. My ex’s parents claimed to be quite devout Christians and would go to church every week, but had no clue about the actual beliefs of their denomination. Just odd to me. Why be part of a specific denomination if you don’t know what beliefs that denomination preaches?
