What freaks you out more, alien invasion or world wide nuclear war?

I feel like aliens with ability to invade in our lifetime, would have already if they cared to. If it does get to that point, there’s not much ideological difference between them doing so and one nation invading another. Humans are scarier because we are wired to have emotional responses to each other, and already have the proximity and pattern of being violent to each other.
