What do you think about the statement “always trust a lazy person to do a difficult task, because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it”?

Exactly. There’s a huge difference between someone who says “There has to be a better way to do this” and doesn’t accept “That’s the way we’ve always done it” as an answer, and someone who’s actually lazy.

In my experience, whenever a really lazy coworker has been given a difficult task, they’ve always done the exact same thing: tried to hand it off to someone else as quickly as possible.
