What do you think about person starting a relationship knowing they will die soon and didn’t tell their new partner?

Well, that’s a tough one. I understand someone not wanting to die alone, but what is about to happen is potentially traumatizing for the new partner. Who would do that to someone they claim they love? I don’t like that.
