What do you do when you can’t sleep at night?

Honestly masturbation’s a good one. Relaxing and relieves stress.

But usually I’ll just keep forcing it. Sometimes I’ll get up and go read for awhile and pet my cats, that helps.

Depends why I’m not sleeping. If it’s anxiety-based, I try to figure out what I’m anxious about and take at least one step towards helping/fixing that issue, and ideally set up something to do for the next day to fix it too.
