What countries in the EU are better for someone with no college/university education and only speaks English (but willing to learn) to move to?

That is a better question. I’d like to move to a place that I can settle in and feel comfortable, just Canada/North America is going down hill and seeing how progressive it is there (like social programs and such) that I want a place that can help me feel safe, possible afford to have a family someday and being able to not lose money every paycheck.
