What can you change to the USA?

I don’t understand the question too well, but when my parents first immigrated into the U.S, they had the option to change their names. So there’s that I guess.

Also, lifestyle. It is incredibly difficult for my parents to live back in their home country because the standard of living is just so different and they have gotten quite complacent with the weather and lifestyle here. They can only do vacations once and while for family-related affairs.
