Could it be possible molecules have consciousness? Ice is formed by molecules getting close together because of the liquid their in being cold. This is not uncommon to humans hugging each other to stay warm on a cold day, for those of us who are lucky enough to have that person. If you think about the fact chemists describe molecular behavior is described, this is not uncommon to psychologists describing human behavior.
Of course it seems molecules would make noise if they had consciousness, but insects don’t make noise, and while they may not be conscious in the same way as mammals, they still have to ability to make decisions.
I’m not saying I believe this, but I think it’s an interesting thing to think about.
